For finding legitimate paid surveys, a good rule of thumb is to avoid survey sites that charge you to sign up and get paid for surveys. You can rest assured you are not being scammed if the survey site is free to join and take paid surveys.
There are so many survey sites out there that it can take a long time to figure out which ones actually pay you for your opinions. Surveyhead - This excellent free to join cash paying survey site pays you by paypal for giving your opinions in their surveys. Frequent surveys, easy to qualify...this is one of the best survey sites I use.
American Consumer Opinion - This is an excellent site with free membership for completing online surveys for money. They are part of Decision Analyst and have been around for a long time. They typically mail you a check after each survey you complete for them.
Esearch - This is a great site for free paid surveys. They send surveys often and they pay higher amounts than most of the other paid survey sites.
NFO-My Survey - This free paid survey site pays you in cash for taking surveys and giving businesses your opinion. They are one of the oldest and most trusted survey sites on the web.
Survey Savvy - This is one of the best free paid survey sites I have found. They pay good amounts and send lots of surveys.
HCD Surveys - HCD Surveys Consumer Research Panel offers free membership and pays you cash or gift certificates to for completing surveys.
CashCrate - This free website pays you cash to complete free offers and try websites.
Panel Base - This is a great site for free paid surveys. (Currently, they are only seeking U.K. Registrants)
